Northern Bottle Nosed Whale at Broadford in Skye
Excellent BBC video of a mother and calf Northern Bottle-nosed whales that spent August in Broadford in Skye

One of these whales washed up dead near Laggan Point on islay (if I remember correctly), around five years ago. It was collected by Brian Abbot and sent to Inverness for a post mortem.
