Perhaps we could have a 'spot the herring gull' competition? We could remove single herring gulls from pictures using the mighty Photoshop and invite folk to put a cross where they think the herring gull should be! Entries could cost £1, with 30% of all proceeds going to the INHT beer fund and the balance going to the winner?
